About Us

Dreams Beyond Horizon is a UK-based supported accommodation and fostering-transition service founded by a highly experienced professional with over 24 years of expertise in the care and support sector.

With deep industry knowledge, compassion, and a strong understanding of young people’s needs, we provide homes and tailored support for young people aged 18-25.

We specialise in supporting young people who are leaving care, experiencing housing instability, or preparing for independent living.

We work closely with Local Authorities, Leaving Care Teams, Social Workers, and professional networks to ensure placements are stable, safe, and outcome-focused.

Our Vision

Dreams Beyond Horizon is a dedicated support organisation that champions the cause of youth in foster care.

We empower children and care-experienced youth with resources and guidance to help them transition into independent living successfully.

Our focus is on providing educational insights, practical tools, and engagement opportunities that strengthen foster families and communities.

We believe that no young person should leave care or support without a safe place to live and a clear path forward.

Our vision is a future where young people are not defined by their past, but are equipped with the tools to build their own lives.

Hands Raised Together

Our Values

  • Safety: We prioritise safeguarding, clear boundaries, and emotional security in all our homes.

  • Respect: Every young person is listened to, valued, and treated with dignity.

  • Consistency: Predictable, reliable support builds trust and stability.

  • Independence: Support should empower, not create dependency.

  • Partnership: We work closely with councils, professionals, and families.

Our Approach

We use a key-work and support-planning model that combines:

  • Stable accommodation

  • Weekly goal setting

  • Life-skills development

  • Emotional support

  • Professional oversight

Each young person receives:

  • An initial assessment

  • A personalised support plan

  • Regular reviews

  • Move-on planning

This ensures that support is structured, measurable and focused on outcomes.
