Safe homes and structured support to shape brighter paths.
Who Do We Support?
We support young people aged 18-25 who may be:
-
Leaving foster care, residential care or supported living
-
At risk of homelessness
-
Struggling with independent living skills
-
Experiencing emotional or social vulnerability
-
Preparing for employment, training or further education
Many of the young people we support are capable and motivated but require a stable home, consistent guidance and structured support before they can live independently.
Our role is to provide that bridge.
Our Purpose
Dreams Beyond Horizon exists to provide safe, supportive accommodation and professional guidance that enables young people aged 18-25 to develop the confidence, stability and practical skills required for independent adult life.
Our service aims to:
-
Prevent homelessness and placement breakdown
-
Promote emotional and physical wellbeing
-
Develop life skills, confidence and resilience
-
Support education, training and employment
-
Enable planned, successful move-on to independent housing
We operate using a person-centred, trauma-informed, outcome-focused model and work in partnership with Local Authorities and professional agencies.
